You will LOVE this easy garlic and ranch slow cooker pot roast!
Pot roast has always been one of my favorite meals. It's perfect for any day of the week.
I especially love it in the fall time. It's the perfect fall dinner! I also love that it's super quick and easy and you literally just throw everything in the crockpot and your done. BTW, if you're looking for a good crockpot, this one is my favorite. I love that the cleanup is super easy too if you use crockpot liners.
And I HAVE to tell you about these amazing knives that my husband and I got for our wedding. I literally use them almost every single day. I use them to cut potatoes, other veggies, and meat and it cuts it all like butter. I hate trimming fat off of meat but these knives make it bearable since they cut it off with one or two swipes. They're from the Emeril Nonstick Cutlery Set, and I can't tell you how much I recommend them! It's a such a great set to have.
This would be a great meal for Thanksgiving as well. It requires minimal effort and would be perfect for a picky crowd or if you're looking to eat something other than turkey this year. Eat it with some biscuits, cranberry sauce, and a sweet potato casserole and you've got a delicious (and easy!) Thanksgiving dinner!
